How a partnership works →
How we make money, in one paragraph
We're not agents. On land we put the parcel under contract and assign that contract to a builder. On multifamily we introduce a deal to an investor under a written finder agreement and are paid only if they close, or we acquire it together with our capital and construction partners on terms written down first. We tell you which before you sign anything, because a partner who is surprised at the closing table is not a partner.
